What documents are required to rent a car?
To rent a car you need: valid driving license for at least 1 year, identity card or passport, credit card in the driver's name.
What is the minimum age to rent?
The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years. For drivers between 21 and 24 years old, a young driver surcharge may apply.
Is insurance included?
Yes, all our cars include mandatory third-party insurance. You can add Full Insurance coverage without excess at the cost of €5 per day.
Is there a mileage limit?
No, all our rentals include unlimited mileage.
Can I add a second driver?
Yes, you can add a second driver for free, provided they meet the age and document requirements.
How does fuel work?
The car is delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Otherwise, the cost of missing fuel plus a service penalty will be charged.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before pickup. After this period, a percentage of the amount will be retained: 25% from 72 to 48 hours before, 50% from 48 to 24 hours before, 75% from 24 to 6 hours before, 100% in the last 6 hours or in case of no-show.
Are child seats available?
Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats free of charge. They must be requested at the time of booking.
How are the cars cleaned and sanitized?
Every car is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with ozone after each use to ensure maximum hygiene and safety for our customers.
